The aim is to keep clear explanations, primary sources and a dated record of what has actually been demonstrated in one place. Commercial claims are labelled as such, and preprints are kept distinct from peer-reviewed work.
The editor is Dr TJN Smith, a scientist and educator with a PhD in organic chemistry. Material across neuroscience, bioengineering, electronics and machine learning is based on cited specialist literature and current primary sources.
